I love seeing newgen DTC marketers blowing social commerce.
But I can't stand seeing wasted talent.
If you're just getting into the game, or hiring someone who is, stick with me for a moment.
We're gonna speedrun the most important fundamentals.
I've been in the game for 6 years, and I don't need a cane just yet, but I feel oldschool compared to some of these new players.
Eugene Schwartz is the real oldschool, but I get blank stares from new-money 20 year olds when I mention Breakthrough Advertising.
In the age of doomscroll, paying $400 for a half century old book seems insane.
But Breakthrough Advertising has been carrying the industry since long before I was even born.
I'm not gonna charge you for this knowledge, I want to see more DTC warriors out there so that I can hire them (we're scaling hard this year, and I need some real manpower.)
I just dropped a YT vid that'll teach you how an oldschool master makes his ads.
After you watch it, you're gonna know how to combine that with youngblood strategies to make some generational bangers.

Peace.
